The buttons needed better arrangement as the two main ones, start and stop, are very small. It has a light inside. It heats up a plate of food in 3 minutes. They don't make anything like the previous one I had, which was Sanyo, sturdy construction and lasted 15 years. I find it difficult to see this one lasting 5 years. Considering it has many negative comments, I hope it doesn't cause any fire. Made in China.

In terms of wattage, it heats the food well, depending on the type. The time, let's say, is 5-7 seconds longer compared to my previous 1000-watt oven. However, it's not a problem, you get used to it.
On the other hand, it took me some time to learn how to operate it, especially with the various programs it offers. It has a quick heating button where you can set the desired seconds. My mom sets it to 30 seconds. I would have liked the time selection to be a bit easier. It takes 3 moves to do it. But these are minor details when we talk about a good device.

The microwave oven is sold in England as Prestige GS25. The main circuit board is from MIDEA. So, it's probably just a rebranded oven that KENWOOD put their brand on.
A few months ago, it broke. It started doing the following: it works normally for about 1 or 1.5 minutes, then it makes a sound like when you press a button, after a few seconds the display shows P-00 (probably indicating zero watts), and after a few more seconds, its operation stops and the turntable stops rotating. The display flickers and freezes at the remaining minutes-seconds, and the buttons don't respond when pressed. When I unplug it from the socket, it comes back on after 20 minutes. It's like some component overheats and blocks the entire oven. I believe it's a circuit board problem and there is no replacement part.
I have asked a question and maybe someone else who has faced a similar problem can answer me in the question section.
EDIT2: Summer 2023, the oven finally went to recycling. I took the circuit board to specialized technicians who repair circuit boards. They determined that the main chip controlling the oven was broken. The other components of the circuit board had nothing wrong, nor did the high voltage circuit.
