I was incredibly satisfied, until it broke exactly after 1 year and wouldn't sync. Thankfully, I had a warranty!
Unfortunately, Philips Hellas' service cannot satisfy 100% and they replaced the device with a cheaper one, claiming that Philips no longer produces it.

3 and a half years of use. It has fallen countless times, either from children or from us. The device works perfectly in all its functions!!!

Although it is generally a good device, it completely broke down after 1.5 years without any apparent reason. After a lot of hassle and wasted time on phone calls, it was finally replaced after 2 weeks, unfortunately with a different model (this one has been discontinued by Philips) that does not have the functions that my child is used to (e.g. the stars on the ceiling). In summary, if it hadn't broken down, I would have given it 4 stars, but since it did and the after-sales service of Philips is of this quality (and we are talking about a product that costs over 100€), the answer is: one star and that's being generous.

I recently purchased this product and I am very satisfied. The sound of the baby is heard very clearly and generally there are no disturbances. The extra functions (projector, music, flashlight, talkback) are useful, all controlled from the parent unit. The quality seems very good.

It is the best thing we have bought for our baby. It really worths every euro this intercom, as a mom, I love this device. The baby loves the little shapes that appear on the ceiling, it has music with lullabies that I personally use almost every day to put the baby to sleep, the sound captures even the slightest noise, even the car passing by... and I also like that it has a flashlight! Because I go and check on the baby to see if he is okay and to do that without disturbing him, I turn on the flashlight, which is very nice because it has a soft light... I have no words... I highly recommend it, and in the 10 months that we have had it, it has not presented any problem.

Very good device and very useful from the first day of the baby at home. Powerful even in low noise levels and very useful additional functions with music, etc.

Very good purchase. Easy to use and with many features. I recommend it to others. Although the price is a bit high.

Amazing intercom system!! It has many applications that are incredibly useful (temperature, humidity, projector, etc.) The most practical thing is that you can set the functions without entering the child's room, but from the parent's monitor! !!
