I have them connected to the S23U. The application works perfectly. In calls, they can hear me without any issues, and the battery life is great. I use them daily at the gym. I only have to charge them once a week. Highly recommended.
Using these headphones with the iPhone 13 on a daily basis for over 3 months now, I believe I am able to give them the evaluation they deserve.
Before purchasing them, I had the Galaxy Buds+ from 2020, and the only reason I upgraded is because I lost them. Other than that, they were great and had held up perfectly over time. I was fully satisfied. However, from the moment I took the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro out of their packaging, I immediately noticed differences and upgrades in all aspects. It's a whole new world. From the more ergonomic, refined, and convenient design to the excellent active noise cancellation, even without playing any music yet, I started to enjoy the fact that I lost my previous ones...
The sound is properly balanced and equalized (sound by AKG), it is also very nice and clear across all frequencies regardless of volume. The equalization they come with out of the box is good enough for any genre of music, and I believe there's no need to play with equalizers and frequencies unless you have killed your ears with bass and can't hear them anymore unless it's at full volume. As for their battery, I don't even need to discuss it, it's from another planet, light years better than any AirPods model. I charge them once a week and use them daily without any issues. Finally, the settings for active noise cancellation / ambient sound amplification do exactly what they say to an exceptional extent. I have used them for simple listening, calls, workouts (intense and relaxed), and they performed excellently in all situations. They are definitely worth their money.
However, there is one major problem only if you are an iOS user, and that is that their app is NOT supported on iPhones (they connect and play just fine, but the full range of their functions is not supported). This is obviously a deal breaker for some because not everyone has an Android device to connect our headphones to, perform software updates, and adjust their settings and controls like normal human beings (you CANNOT adjust any settings or update their software without the android-exclusive app). However, having also owned AirPods, I believe that if someone takes into account the sound quality, price, and battery life, even with this limitation, they are still better all-around headphones than any AirPods, even for iOS users.
In summary, they are amazing everyday headphones, comfortable in the ear, with many convenient settings and excellent sound quality that I highly recommend regardless of the mobile brand. Just if you have an iPhone like me, once in a while you need to borrow an Android device for a few minutes to perform a software update and adjust the controls to your liking (they will remain as you set them whether you have the app or not on your phone, and you only need to adjust them once).
Owner of an iPhone, but I will go for Samsung so I got them. Well, I will only talk about using them with iPhone, very fast connection, very good music and bass, maybe the highs are a bit too much but ok that is subjective, you can adjust it with the app on android as well. The noise cancellation works perfectly. I had the music at over 50% volume, someone was talking next to me and I couldn't hear anything. You can also turn it off with a long touch. In terms of fit, I feel like they don't sit perfectly, it may be a matter of habit, but they don't fall off if I shake my head nor are they tiring in long hours of use. With wireless charging as well, a very nice choice.
If you want them as simple headphones for music and movies, go for it, they have excellent sound and battery life.
But if you want them for running, sports, or even fast walking, forget it. It's a waste of money. The app is terrible and they fall out easily. The Buds Plus had a great fit. I wonder why they didn't just improve the sound on the Plus and completely changed the design, ruining the perfect fit.
It's really a shame because the sound of the Buds 2 Pro combined with the Buds Plus app would have been the perfect Buds set that would play without competition.
The positives are that the sound is incredible,
the settings are many and nice,
They are durable with good build quality even the case,
fit nicely.
The negatives are that although they fit well and are comfortable up to a point, they slip after a while and if you don't readjust them they fall, and this happens in a walking or home situation, for sports they are completely unsuitable. now if there is an accessory for the ear it would solve the problem.
I expected something better from Samsung at this price. They fit well and the battery lasts about as long as most mid-range earbuds. The connectivity is excellent and they don't disconnect. However, I often receive complaints that people hear me unclearly during calls, even when the environment is completely quiet. Therefore, for this money, I believe the call quality should be better than cheaper models.
They do not fit well in the ears. The sound is quite good as well as the noise cancellation function from the environment. The battery drains quickly but for me the negative is their fit, I have tried all the spare parts included in the package but none fits inside the ear and stays in, they are only good for being still, at least in my ears.
I bought the product in November. In early December, they broke! (Around 20 days after purchase). I returned them to the store, they were sent to the Samsung representative, and after 1 month they told me they were ready. So, in January, I received the repaired ones. Today, 5/2/2024, they broke again.. After 1 month again.
Otherwise, the sound is nice. However, they don't fit well in the ear and often fall out. So, they are not suitable for running or exercising. Overall, I am not satisfied. There are more affordable options of better quality available in the market.
The best galaxy buds!! I have bought over 20 pairs of standard headphones... if they last and don't break, they are top-notch! Very lightweight in the ear, small case, excellent sound, small profile in the ear, instant connection to Samsung.. what else do you want?
The best wireless earbuds I've ever had.

The ANC and ambient mode are some of the best I've tried, and after 3 months of use, I consider them very close to the SONY XM5 (although those are much better in terms of ANC since they are over-ear headphones).
Overall, very satisfied, and the battery lasts about 5 hours and with the case, it gives me about 20.
Finally, I use them constantly for workouts and running, and I have no issues with sweat or them falling out of my ears.
My only issue is with the wireless charging at 15W, which takes about an hour to fully charge, but it's a minor inconvenience (if you're in a hurry, use a cable).
I found and bought them for €100, which I felt like I was stealing for such earbuds, but even at €130-150, I consider them well worth it.
Shame on Samsung!!!!! The headphones are unacceptable for their price!!!! When I'm on the road with moderate traffic, the person I'm talking to can clearly hear the world, the traffic, the cars, and somewhere in the background, my voice... the ANC is nothing special.. the app is not the best even if you change the eartips and due to their round shape, they don't have a good grip to hold and place them in your ears or make any adjustments to the fit of the headphones once you've worn them. The only good thing is the very fast connection to the phone (s22 plus)... NOTHING ELSE!!! DO NOT BUY THEM!!!
Very good sound and microphone experience and the NC works perfectly. The only thing that bothers me a little is the battery life, which I would ideally prefer to be longer.
After two years with Huawei freebuds pro and having Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra as my phone device, I decided to upgrade to wireless earphones from the same company, Samsung, for better connectivity and support from the company, as well as a better audio experience. I have had the earphones for 3 days and I have tested them with music, games, calls, and applications like Discord, both connected to my computer and my phone. I can say that, although I had my doubts, the earphones fit very well in my ears, which I did not expect at all. In terms of sound quality, compared to the freebuds, the sound is more powerful and has more bass, although the treble is a bit stronger than it should be, which can be tiring. The equalizer in the application helps a bit, but it should also have custom settings to adjust it as desired. The earphones have many features in the application. The noise canceling is very good and provides excellent isolation. The sound remains very clear even at maximum volume. It is possible that they may become tiring for the ears during long trips due to their design, in which case the freebuds pro would be a better choice, and perhaps the freebuds 3 pro would have been a better option, but I did not choose them due to their price and decided to trust Samsung since I have the same brand of phone. Overall, I have tried many wired and wireless earphones from major brands in the industry, and for around 140 to 145 euros, these earphones are just what I needed. I did not expect anything more, although I would have liked the battery life with the case to be more than 17 hours, following Huawei's example and providing 30 hours of autonomy with the case and 6 hours for the earphones alone.
I use them on an android device that is NOT samsung and the truth is that I had my doubts
the sound is great for aac (And not ssc which is the sound encoding only for samsung devices)
the app is fine but you have the feeling that they might fall out of your ear sometimes
the anc for their price is quite fair (the airpods pro 2 which cost an extra 100 euros obviously have better)
I am fully satisfied with everything, even with the sound that I was quite afraid wouldn't be good on non-samsung devices

8 month update:
The sound quality is still good, but either I'm going deaf or they have lost their intensity in volume. Not only that, but even when you're not listening to music, the surrounding environment can be heard now. I have to take off the headphones to hear. At least the active voice cancellation is still working fine.
The rest still holds true, but maybe in the end, they are not worth the money in the long run. I can see them lasting at most one and a half years overall.
Sometimes I feel like a witness of Jehovah for these headphones, that's how much I recommend them.
The sound is crystal clear, they are very portable, the battery has never disappointed me, the ANC has saved me more times than a fan in the summer, they connect to my phone instantly, the microphones are better than expected for Bluetooth headphones, and they have many functions that I didn't think I would use but I actually use a lot - like long pressing on the "body" of the headphones to toggle between ANC and ambient mode, double tapping near the "goat" area to adjust the volume (depending on the side), calls being heard through the headphones or the phone speaker depending on whether I wear them or not, etc. Many of these can be customized as desired.
Sometimes, especially in the heat and during sudden movements, one of them slightly comes out of my ear, but generally they stay in. However, this issue can be solved with a better set of eartips, which are not expensive compared to the price of the headphones.
Another minor drawback is that the ANC loses effectiveness in high frequencies (e.g., some horns, alarms, bird chirping, etc.). Also, they don't isolate as well as other headphones. However, this doesn't mean they are not good. The ANC does an excellent job with low frequencies (such as car noise, cabin noise, air, etc.).
There are some headphones that do one thing much better than these - the Sony XM4 have the best ANC, the Sennheiser Momentum 3 have the best sound (although not by much, and it's objective), and the AirPods have the best ambient mode. However, especially for my needs as someone who frequently moves around, I believe these are the best all-rounders.
Expensive for their price and also quite bulky. I was disappointed because I hadn't read that they use nickel in high amounts in the upper part of the earphone (where it touches the case and charges) and this causes an allergy for me. Which means that when I wear them for a long time, my ears get irritated both externally and internally. I need to figure out what to do with this issue because they are not even worth selling. No one buys them. The sound is good indeed, but after the update, they constantly disconnect. It's my first time trying Samsung earphones and I don't think I'll go back. The experiment didn't go well. 168€ and causing allergies (I have read it from other users and Samsung has been sued for it), they are not worth it. There are more affordable options that do a good job and you don't cry over your money.
Noise cancellation my ar$3... Sound quality, with €25 I have bought better ones, but with a cable... Where you listen, they crack and need a reset. In the ear test, it has not managed to make a good adjustment at aaaaaaaaall... On Samsung A71 Ultra. The same on iPhone 13 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Stay away...

Perfect headphones, they fit extremely well in the ears and are easily concealed. I use them with S23 but also with iPhone and they connect instantly. If you use them with iPhone, you lose the 360° Audio and the ability to find them through SmartThings. They charge quickly and wirelessly, as well as wirelessly from the phone, and have good bass.
10/10 I highly recommend them without hesitation
I have had these headphones for 5 months. They are the best I have ever bought and worth the money. I wear them daily for 4 hours and they last 1.5 weeks. They fit perfectly in the ear and do not slip. When talking on the phone, the other person can hear you very clearly. I believe it is worth buying.
The only complaint is that with some of my callers I sound like I'm speaking to them with an open speaker, otherwise it's perfect.

The GALAXY BUDS 2 PRO are BY FAR the best both in terms of sound quality and volume, as long as they are paired with a SAMSUNG phone that has the new SAMSUNG codec (SSC).
The music sounds very full, and I am completely satisfied with the bass boosted setting. The touch controls work quite well. During calls, I haven't been told that I can't be heard, even in outdoor spaces. The only "negative" (in quotes because it may not bother someone, like me) is their battery life. I notice that they discharge relatively quickly (maybe because I always have them at full volume with ANC), but in my daily life, I never run out of battery. The Active Noise Cancellation works exceptionally well, as does the function that allows the sound to pass as if you're not wearing them. They are definitely worth their money and more
The best I've had so far in terms of Bluetooth headphones for my Samsung Galaxy, and I have tried several other products.
I will not dwell on the positives of the headphones because others have already mentioned them. I will simply express my dissatisfaction because I have only had them for 20 days with daily use of 7 hours, and the wire inside the headphones came loose. Well done on the construction, Samsung.
I had the pro 1, lost them and switched to these. Although they seem identical in design, they are not. They are much more comfortable and relaxing in the ear. The sound is slightly better, battery the same. Overall, they surpass their predecessor in every aspect. For me, the best option available for androids.
