I started serious training taking this specific mass supplement while I am 1.68 and I was 53 kilos. One week later I weighed 55.7 with a diet of course and the supplement ALWAYS accompanied by banana milk honey oats peanut butter tahini and cinnamon. With hard training I have seen quite a few results with the only negative being these inexplicable insomnia it causes me. Just think I woke up at 6:30 in the morning and after 11 hours of work I stayed awake until 4 in the morning. Overall good but I would prefer something a little cheaper.
I wonder about the comments regarding the solubility. Literally, I shake the shaker for about three minutes for the protein to dissolve completely. Also, I didn't like the vanilla at all and it made me feel nauseous if I drank it quickly, but that's a matter of personal taste. Also, it's the first time my breath smells so bad after having a shake. I won't choose it again and I don't recommend it.
I consider it to be good value for money... It doesn't work miracles because it doesn't have as much sugar as the others that give immediate volume from the sugar... But those are like eating a cake in every shake, they have a lot of calories and really high sugar content... Also, this one doesn't contain gluten, so each serving is smaller than in most volume products...
So far, it is the best one I have tried, it literally dissolves with two or three shakes and it is easily digestible. A bit expensive but the protein content per serving is very good
Excellent. I got it for around €70, so for 35 installments it comes out to €2/installment. I would definitely buy it again as it is the only one in vanilla flavor that is not overloaded with sweeteners and reminds me of something milder, like ice cream. The amount of creatine (1.6g) is small for my goals, so I combine it with water+an extra approximately 1g of creatine
I have started using it for 3 days now. I will update this post in a month. However, while I have tried many different proteins, this is the only one that causes a problem in my mouth (it smells unpleasant and I feel it bad). See you in about 34 days
