The cream is the worst I have ever tried. It doesn't warm up at all and has a vaseline-like texture, while also leaving everything with an indescribable greasiness. Stay away, it's really a waste of money.
I read that it burns, but I used it yesterday and didn't feel anything, as if I had applied scented Vaseline. What can I say? I checked the expiration date of the cream and it says 10/24, so it hasn't expired. No, I wouldn't buy it again
Very good cream. It's worth the money and more. However, one needs to be very careful with the quantity they use because it BURNS a lot. I used it for muscle grip on my hands and back. It takes a while for the burning sensation to go away.
I have tried dozens of creams. From extremely hot ones (sensocaps), to mild ones, herbal, etc. All the well-known ones (counterpain, leontos, etc)... Comparing thermagel, I have to comment:
Moderate burning sensation, at the level of counterpain but without the cool feeling.

It has helped me a lot with neck pain. When you apply it, you don't immediately feel the burning sensation, it works gradually and lasts.
