This product is not intended to unclog a stuffy nose! It does a great job of dissolving whatever is accumulated in the sinuses and therefore helps with sinusitis! It burns, causes stinging, and clears! It often causes congestion for a while so it's better not to use it before sleep but much earlier

It produces mucus after use is a bit annoying during use. in very stuffy should not work but generally relieves.

In my case, it didn't cause burning or anything else. It triggered a relatively intense nasal discharge for 10 minutes that did lead to some "stuff" coming out of my nose. But half an hour later, there was no difference. Anyway, without rinsing with Neil Med, it doesn't work. Unfortunately, for my case, I don't find value for money in the product. If it was 3-4€, I would buy it again, but it doesn't cost that much

I have used this product 3 times due to chronic sinusitis. Its operation is based on the fact that it tries, through a relatively unpleasant and borderline painful "burning" sensation, to activate the reflex of sneezing and thus help you remove the secretions. For me, this action lasts very little, I can only sneeze 3 times, and then I am allowed to reuse it the next day. Otherwise, there is minimal improvement for the rest of the day. It requires a minimum of 6 days of use, but symptoms usually start to improve on their own around the 8th day. In my case, it does not work as promised and I cannot rely on it for symptom relief. It may work better for some people. For anyone who wants to avoid antibiotics, I believe that rinsing with Neil Med or Nasaline, warm compresses on the sinuses, steam inhalation, and sauna for those who are willing, help much more.

I often have sinusitis. When I started using it, I was in a stage of improvement without congestion, mainly internal secretions. I believe it is miraculous. It did an amazing job for me and I avoided taking antibiotics after the third day of use while I had sinusitis. I had cleared up and now it will always be in my medicine cabinet.

I have purchased the product from abroad at least a decade ago. I have used it twice every two years. It had perfect results for both me and my husband. I had no discomfort for at least 3-4 years. The second application was preventive. I experienced quite a bit of pain during the first one, while the discomfort was minimal during the second one. I have advanced sinusitis with polyps in the sinuses.

It helps with severe nasal congestion caused by mucus in case of infection. As soon as you apply it, you feel a strong burning sensation for a few minutes that causes tearing, sneezing, and creates the need to blow your nose. However, while it helps with expelling mucus, it does not fully unclog the nose when it is swollen. It only helps with getting rid of excess mucus. The result does not last for many hours. However, I recommend it for those who do not want to use the well-known decongestants that cause addiction and want partial relief from a cold. Maybe if someone uses it for the entire recommended period as stated in the instructions, they may have better results.

For me, it had no significant result, washes with normal saline or isotonic seawater provide the same result and are much more economical. Even the feeling of tingling that some people mention was so intense for me that I felt it as a severe burning sensation to the point of tearing up.

I have been suffering from chronic sinusitis as well as frontal sinusitis for years, and it helped me a lot. You feel a tingling sensation during application that lasts for 1 minute! Noticeable results from the 2nd use! Much better than the other sprays that contain cortisone.
