    I have been purchasing this specific powder for over a year as an alternative to the completely tasteless 0% milk sold in supermarkets. I have tried 3-4 other powders over time that gave you the feeling that they were medicine and not milk. This particular one has a very good taste, of course not like regular full-fat milk, but it is very close and if you are looking for an alternative, I think it is a better choice. I would describe it as something between evaporated and regular milk. You can adjust the ratio according to your taste, whether you prefer it more diluted or thicker. With my ratio, which I don't want it to be too diluted or too thick, 1kg produces about 25 liters. I specifically buy it from a store in Aigaleo. It may be different from another store, so be careful. It is sourced from Belgium and has a shelf life of over a year as a powder, and as a liquid, based on the tests I have done, about a week. Also, a tip is that if you dissolve it in cold water and drink it immediately, it won't have such a good taste, so it's better to dissolve it in hot water or let it sit for 10-15 minutes to "mature".
