One star not for the quality, I won't even bother trying it. It's the first time in my life that I am giving a bad review. But it's because of the company's deception, because as an experienced retinol user, when I bought it I saw in the ingredients that it contains both retinyl palmitate (a weak and ineffective form of retinol) and retinol. On the bottle it says 0.5% retinol. I decided to send an email to Spain, asking what is the percentage of retinol and if the 0.5% only refers to retinol or the total retinol and retinyl palmitate. After 5 emails between us, the company still doesn't tell me. They do respond to my emails, but not to my question, evading and giving answers like it is less than 1%. Of course, the dear Spaniards are so lovable since the bottle says 0.5%. Typical answers to understand the extent of their deception, even though my email in the automatic signature states my profession (lawyer). 1. Our previous email states less than 1% thus the symbol <1%. There was nothing in our replies that told you IT IS 1%. (I never said anything like that) 2. The only information we have available is the total % of all Retinol ingredients combined is <1%. (But they don't answer how much retinol there is, even though I ask repeatedly) 3. All our products with retinol content that is not indicated in the packaging only has less than 1% retinol content with it. (They refuse to tell me the actual percentage of retinol, even though it is crucial for knowledgeable users)
