I have had the phone for 2 years and I use it heavily, but this does not justify its unacceptable performance. The glue on the screen has loosened, and the screen has completely detached and is hanging from the connector that connects the battery to the screen. The phone overheats very easily, it constantly freezes mainly due to the RAM (it says it has 4 GB in the specifications but only 1 is free, I don't know why), if you have a demanding app open you can't answer calls, and lately the phone shuts down by itself, the battery doesn't last, and the camera is garbage. Overall, the phone is terrible and is not worth anything at any price, and not for any games either, not even with a prayer to the Virgin Mary, only for some Tetris.

I really don't know where to start. I recorded a video of my child on the swings. When I went home and sat down to watch it, the sound came first and then the image. I was furious, thinking it couldn't be possible. I immediately recorded a video at home and it did the same thing again. I believed that Realme would fix it with an update, but never...!!
The battery lasted about 2 days until the first semester, then barely 1 day. Always with full charges.
When I had 2-3 programs open, like the gallery, camera, and Chrome, and someone called me, it would freeze, crash, and show nothing. After 7-8 seconds, it would wake up.
Lastly, when I was on Chrome, for example, and I did a search or typed something, then switched tabs or received a phone call, and went back to do a search, it would refresh on its own and I would lose everything. OMG and 3 LOL...

The memory is limited, so you can't do much, and the software occasionally freezes (quite a few updates, hopefully they will fix some things, especially a freeze when receiving calls sometimes). I haven't used the camera/video much, but it's average. Browsing/social media performance is good and scrolling is smooth. 5G works great with Vodafone. Overall, I am very satisfied with what I can do with this phone for the price I paid (140).

Very nice device, which covers the latest standards: NFC (yes it has, I use it for payments), 5G, Hi-Fi audio, several Bluetooth protocols, 120 Hz screen refresh rate, and a huge battery that lasts. However, its biggest asset is the Realme operating system. The device is incredibly smooth to use, very close to Vanilla Android, and 99% of the pre-installed system apps can be disabled or uninstalled through the settings menu. It's UNBELIEVABLE that they provided this capability. Also, don't get stuck on the fact that it has 4GB of RAM, it works flawlessly, you won't notice any difference. Fortunately, it supports Private DNS in the settings, so you can block ads directly from the menu! Additionally, something extremely important is the following: Realme regularly provides security updates (even for its cheaper models) and the Android updates they provide make the devices better, instead of worse, as I have observed with other companies. Once again, congratulations for the excellent work they do with the software! It makes all the difference!
