Very nice construction, with a soft sole, stable on the foot (does not slip) and the heel is convenient for many occasions, I believe that one can comfortably wear it for several hours (I have a similar one). The straps in the front don't seem to "cut" me (however, I don't know what happens after many hours of standing). Also, it is very elegant when worn. I got my regular size that I wear in the company, I did not find it to have a larger or tighter fit than usual. Finally, the color (I chose lilac) is exactly as it appears in the photo. Very, very satisfied!
