I did not perceive any distinct aroma or flavor. I used it both raw in a salad and in cooked food. Unfortunately, it was lost in both cases. I would not purchase it again.

Excellent. It adds a perfect lemon flavor to the beverages I blend in the blender. It has a better taste than lemon juice because it also includes the peel.
