In the positives: The laptop is very powerful as it has a Ryzen 7 5th generation 8-core (16 threads) processor, 16 GB memory, 512 GB NVMe SSD, it is lightweight, slim, and easily portable. The touchpad is incredibly convenient as long as you have the ELAN driver (pre-installed) for all the necessary gestures for easy use. It performs everything comfortably without lagging, does not overheat, is quiet, and its battery is large enough to last you a whole day of work without needing to charge.
In the negatives: Its screen is the typical screen that most HP laptops have (45% NTSC and NOT IPS), meaning it is not the best as it does not have the best colors you have seen. As an HP laptop, it is filled with bloatware that can be frustrating even for experienced users. Specifically, McAfee does not completely uninstall no matter how much you try :) The pre-installed WiFi driver, for some reason, did not reach speeds above 10 Mbit on 2.4GHz.
To truly make it a perfect laptop, it needs to be formatted and have Windows reinstalled directly from Microsoft so that it only has what is necessary, and of course, you need to download the latest drivers for the laptop's hardware from the HP website. I consider this necessary to be done.
Regarding the screen, you can make it slightly better by increasing the saturation and decreasing the contrast through the Radeon software. Personally, I have increased the saturation to 140 and decreased the contrast to 74.
Oh, and it does not have an Ethernet port, but I do not consider this a problem, just buy a USB-Ethernet adapter. They are cheap.
