  It's not bad, just mediocre. Low concentration of probiotics per capsule (I haven't kept the packaging and I don't remember the exact number at the moment, although this should be stated in the product description). It also does not contain saccharomyces boulardii, which studies suggest has benefits not only for the intestine but also in certain cases for the stomach.
  As for the packaging, as others have mentioned, it is indeed the worst I have seen, as you try to take out one capsule and it breaks apart.

  I used to buy Lamberts' acidophilus extra 10 for years. I started buying it after a recommendation from someone I know, and maybe because it is more affordable. Honestly, whether I take it or not, I didn't notice any difference. Also, if you buy it, you will notice a problem with the pill packaging, as soon as you try to take out a pill, half of the packaging breaks. They need to fix this, it's an issue. Some people here mentioned that they take 4 a day. If that's the case, then it's not cost-effective at all. You can get another brand that only requires taking one pill.

  I decided to try these specific ones because of their high ratings. They caused me bloating and gas. I showed persistence and great patience and consumed the entire package in about 60 days, hoping that my body would adjust. Ultimately, this never happened and I did not see the results I expected. I should note that I was not taking it for constipation. The quantity of live bacteria contained in these probiotics is considered relatively small compared to other commercial products. On the contrary, probiotics that doctors have given me in the past when I had to take antibiotics have not caused me any side effects.
