I read the comments for us who traveled constantly, it proved to be the best purchase. We used it until 14 months. At first, we also had the base. It folds and is very user-friendly. We had a big baby and from 3 months, he fit very comfortably unlike others that have the mesh. The baby enjoyed his bath.

I will start with the positives. The folding mechanism is quite convenient for easy storage. It does not leak water from anywhere, although it could potentially lose some compared to other bathtubs that have a plug for water drainage. Unfortunately, there are many more negatives. When you open it, the folding is still present, meaning it does not open completely correctly. The water plug that is supposed to change color when the water is hot and at the right temperature never changes color. It is not as spacious as they claim. The clip it has for when you close the bathtub is quite sharp and dangerous when the bathtub is open. And finally, yes, the bathtub is easy to store, but the base needs to be placed elsewhere, and because, as I mentioned, the bathtub does not open completely and tilts inwards, the base does not secure properly. So no... I cannot say it is worth its money.

The 2 stars are for the quality-price ratio.
Firstly, it is not easy to open and close, however, we no longer close it because you have to remove the seat and any toys from inside.
Secondly, and most importantly, the "spoon" (I think that's what the base on which the smaller babies sit is called) is completely impractical. Until 4-5 months, the baby was too small and you had to hold it anyway because otherwise it would slip and fall inside. From 6 months, it fits, but still very tightly. There is no space for the baby to splash around or play. There is minimal space for me to hold the container and fill it with water to rinse the baby.
It takes 2 people to bathe the baby, one to hold it and the other to wash it and then take the towel. You can't not hold the baby with at least one hand (to reach for the towel, for example). Compared to a simple tub, which I bathed the child in alone and it was very safe.
Thirdly, there is this clip, which when folded, catches the other end and locks. So when the baby is bathing, it is open and exposed and it is sharp. Plastic, yes, but sharp.
The only good thing is that it is high with the base and you don't have to bend over. Also, it is a stable construction and its small size takes up less space (which of course is also negative because the baby doesn't have much space to play with the water).
That's it. Obviously, I do not recommend it!

It is a bit expensive, but if you use it until the age of 3 as it says, it will be worth the money. I have been bathing my baby in it for 3 weeks and it is the perfect size, it doesn't slip in the seat and he likes it a lot!
