When you have a strong flow and plenty of milk, it's just what you need because it doesn't pump, so it won't extract more milk from you... but it relieves the breast! Very easy to use, simple and economical! I don't pump large quantities, only 1-2 times a day. I use it on the other breast when breastfeeding. It attaches very well to the breast and has an extra nipple that you hang around your neck so that the milk doesn't spill. Much more economical than other similar ones like Haakaa and does the same job.
