  I want to mention my opinion about this specific watch. First of all, in terms of appearance, it is perfect for me. However, it has some negatives, such as the strap being too hard, which makes it unsuitable for everyday use and uncomfortable during manual tasks. It lacks elasticity compared to other G-Shock watches. Additionally, the dial and hands are advertised as neobrite, but this is not true, which is strange to me as I have been a G-Shock owner and fan for 25 years, owning at least 6 watches.

  Next, I want to address the issue with the hands not glowing in the dark. I sent it to the Casio dealership after two months, and they told me that this is how the watch is, which again contradicts what I saw in a YouTube video where the hands were shown to glow. This behavior from your official dealership is unacceptable. I am attaching some photos of the AW-590-1AER for comparison in terms of illumination. I leave the conclusions to you. Thank you
