Excellent book where, of course, you have to be ready and receptive to be helped. I bought it for my friends as well, since I find it as a gift for someone to "unwind"

I did not expect anything less from Dr. Nancy Mallero! I have been following her on YouTube for years, so it was only natural for me to have her book in my hands. It is a very nice book that essentially explains, or rather demystifies, putting yourself at the center of your life. She gives examples from her own life and analyzes how it is not wrong to prioritize ourselves (without it being at the expense of others)
