No name is, the plastic wow you can't call them, not silent at all.. you say ok.. but for the first step not to work properly? (it's very strong - basically the same intensity as the second) Unacceptable. I don't think it's worth it. Stay away (and dear ones)..

I have been very satisfied with the 16.50€ euros that I bought it for and have had it in my possession for a month now. I have placed it on the first step, in front of the balcony door, and it cools me perfectly. I haven't put it on the second or third step permanently yet. It is almost noiseless on the first step. On the second and third steps, it does make some noise, but not too much. It is equivalent to having a TV on volume 22. If you don't have the fan within 50 cm or 1 meter next to you, there won't be any noise issues. If you place it on the third step, at least 2-2.5 meters away, you won't have any problem with noise. It doesn't creak like some reviews mention.
For me, it is worth its money and more. If you also use the move function, which recycles the air around, I believe you will be satisfied with what it offers for the money you spend.
It also has a timer for up to one hour, which is very convenient for the night until you fall asleep.

It squeaks too much. It's not just making noise, everyone does that. I got it to use it during sleep but from the first night, I turned it off. It was a wrong purchase for my needs. Maybe it happened only with mine, but that's what I have and that's what I evaluate.

They replaced it under warranty as they told me that this noise is not normal and it was just a coincidence. The new one behaves exactly the same way. I remain with 2 stars.

The noise of the fan is unbelievable. It is not accustomed to anything. As for the construction... the plastics are of very poor quality.

I have been using the device for a little less than a month and, with approximately 8 hours of daily use, I am very satisfied so far. It is small in size, lightweight, and economical in terms of power consumption (45W at full power) and can be used either as a floor or table fan. It does make some noise, admittedly, but this can be overlooked since there is usually no need to use it at high power (for example, even during hot summer days, I haven't set it above the 2nd speed!). For its price, it is a very good purchase.

Very noisy and even though it has three operating levels, they have very minimal difference. Honestly, it's better to spend a few extra bucks and get something even slightly more quality or at least one that reduces noise.
