Dietary supplement with 5-HTP that supports positive mood and well-being.

Benefits

  •  5-HTP, the intermediate metabolite between the amino acid L-tryptophan and serotonin, is extracted from the seed of an African plant (Griffonia simplicifolia).
  • Supports a positive mood.
  • Natural color variation may occur in this product.

Recommended Dosage

  • 1 capsule daily, preferably on an empty stomach at bedtime.

Warnings - Precautions:

  • Attention: For adults only. 
  • Not recommended for pregnant / breastfeeding women.

    I have been buying Solgar's 5HTP for years, but I see that they have increased the price a lot, so I decided to look for another brand. I bought these ones which are much cheaper and come with +30 capsules inside (it concerns the 120 capsules, as I can see only the 60 are available now), and they are fine, I didn't notice any difference.
