It does not have a nice taste, it seemed to me that the taste is only covered if I mix it with yogurt with honey and nuts.. in juices, it has a strong taste.. now I put it in food, where if I add a little, for example 1 full teaspoon, its taste is lost and it's okay.
Definitely one of my favorite products that I have been using consistently for the past few years! Fantastic source of protein!!
Brewer's yeast is a natural source of protein and B vitamins. At home, we add it to our smoothies and it's great!
And in this form and in tablets, NOW Foods' Brewer's Yeast is excellent! Because I often forgot to take the tablets, I started using this, usually adding it to recipes.
I started using the product when I learned that it helps with milk production during breastfeeding, which I found to be true! I usually add it to smoothies or recipes like cookies and cakes.
It is not edible.. that is the problem.
It does not go well with anything and even though it says it is not bitter... it is bitter.
I have the box and it just sits there... get it in tablets.
