I bought it along with Samsung chargers 15W and 45W. With the 45W it behaves as expected on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. It gives the 45W at the beginning, for a very short time and then until it reaches about 80% it holds at 30W, where it then drops even further. All the above is a matter of the mobile phone and what matters is that when the mobile phone's charging controller allows it, it gives the 45W.
