I received the product for 3 months, in combination with creams, muscle strengthening diet, and exercise.
I did not see any improvement.
Initially, after having a lot of discomfort and pain in my muscles and joints in my left leg, I bought them after a friend's recommendation, even though the orthopedic doctors I asked did not approve or recommend them. I took them continuously for three months, but I did not see the slightest improvement, nor relief, nor anything. And it was even in combination with physiotherapy and swimming in the sea when I took them. I see that they have helped many people. Maybe they are right, but I did not see any results. I am just in a phase where my doctors told me that this chronic pain without diagnosis may be related to vaccinations. Many people say that it may have caused damage. I wonder if other people have had a similar experience. Anyway, I will try the Lambert product again for another three months.
They are very large pills and difficult to swallow. However, they are effective and my joints no longer hurt.
A pretty good dietary supplement... it doesn't work miracles (like everything else) but it provides a boost to joints and knees.. I use it twice a year after a knee surgery I had 2.5 years ago and it helps me quite a bit..
I suffered from partial meniscus tear, Baker's cyst, and osteoarthritis all together in one knee... the doctor who saw me at the clinic recommended this supplement to me and even though I had lost hope that I would recover normally without surgery, I was saved... it's not just good, it's perfect!!! I stopped feeling pain and I can walk without any problem... of course, I am more careful with my knees now, but this specific product (because I have tried others as well) is amazing!
I have been taking this supplement since my doctor told me that I am in the early stage of osteoarthritis. The pain in my fingers led me to the doctor at that time.

It has helped me with my knees and my sore extremities. But it has caused a problem for me, as it started causing an allergy on my skin and I developed huge pimples, like mosquito bites. At first, there were three in different areas, and then many in one area. It itches, but not excessively. I can tolerate it. When I took two pills, it was fine, but when I started taking three together, the allergy started. Now I have stopped taking it

I can't understand, while the first time I bought it about 2 years ago, it did a very good job, completely relieving my pain. After a serious surgery, my right leg became slightly shorter. As a result, I have been experiencing terrible knee pain for years. With 2 pills a day and exercise (cycling, leisurely walking, resistance bands), I saw tremendous results.
I have already bought one box but I wasn't very consistent. I can't say that I noticed any difference, despite using it. Even now, after at least 4 months of abstaining, my knees still hurt, sometimes they hurt and sometimes they don't. The same thing happened when I was taking the pills.

I used to wake up with joint pains. Doctors diagnosed arthritis and prescribed me heavy medication. Until an orthopedic recommended this. It's a game-changer! Patience and proper dosage are needed!

It does what it says, very good product! I recommend it! And a comment for some who have already commented earlier... I saw that some say that the pill is big and you can choke on it and you have to break it in half and such inaccuracies... They should try a really big pill, then I'll see what they'll say!

I bought it a month ago and I take 3 pills daily. I mainly bought it for the protection of my joints due to workouts. I also had some pain in the middle part of my elbow, possibly from inner epicondylitis. I didn't see amazing results immediately, but after 3 weeks it started working, the pains disappeared from both elbows. I will definitely continue taking it! I recommend it. Also, it is a dietary supplement, so don't expect miracles by taking it. It is more for protection.
I have been using this supplement for more than 5 years as I had severe knee discomfort (due to daily exercise and climbing stairs). Until now, I took it twice a year, for about 3 months each time. I see that now I need it more frequently. However, it is always highly effective. The last time, I took 3 pills per day for 3 weeks and then 2 pills per day for about 1 and a half months. After the first 20 days, the discomfort stopped. After a break of 2-3 months, I will take it again to prevent any discomfort. I highly recommend it!
