Worst gpu ever I don't recommend at all even the drivers are faulty and It won't even display on screen it useless
I have it along with the i3 10100f Intel and 8GB RAM at 3200MHz. I am very satisfied with the performance of the system as I have over 100 fps on medium settings in all games. As for the card, it is very quiet without crazy temperatures. I would recommend pairing it with an i5 11400 as it has PCI 4 and the card performs better on 4. Finally, 16GB RAM and you will be set (meaning it plays games perfectly like CS:GO, LoL, Diablo, Fortnite, and PUBG, as I run PUBG at over 120 fps with 8GB RAM)
The card plays everything at 1080p medium-high settings in Minecraft 1.19.2 with 500+ fps, dying light at 1080p medium with 80-100 fps, and resident evil 7 with 60-80 fps. It could have had more vram, 6 or 8, I don't know why there are still cards with 4gb, but for €200 I am fully satisfied and it seems reasonable because before I was playing with the integrated r5 3400g. Edit: After 8 months, not even heavy usage, the card seems to have stopped working for no reason, no power outage or anything, I took the whole pc to the technician and he told me the problem is the card. Also, the store from which I ordered it seems to have closed because they are not answering the phone for hours and Google says they are open, but their website is closed. I probably don't have a warranty because the store might have closed. There is a chance it can be repaired, but I don't know if that is cost-effective for me. One thing I have to say, stay away from this card or actually from this implementation
It was tested on 2 systems:
i3-12100f, 1x8gb aegis g.skill 3200mhz, h610m Asus prime
R5 5 5600g, b550 Msi mpg gaming plus, 2*8gb g.skill aegis 3200mhz.
In the Intel system, it performed better than the GTX 1650 super and surpassed the rx 590 sapphire pulse plus! In the Ryzen system, it had lower performance. I didn't understand how this happened and I got frustrated with AMD... But after doing some research, I discovered many things...
The 11th and 12th generation Intel on h510/610 motherboards, as well as b560/660, z590/690(d4 and d5), have pcie Gen 4! On b550/x570, if you use an AMD APU or Ryzen 1/2/3/4th series, the motherboard downgrades the pcie to gen3 (only on 5th Gen CPUs, not APUs, does gen4 "open up")!
And why was this introduction made? If you have older builds that don't support Gen 4 pcie, don't think "215€ for a card that plays 1080p@60 ultra". It would be a very bad choice. It's better to save money and spend 350€ on an rtx 3050 that beats the 1070/2060. The card needs pcie4 to show what it can do, and I think only 3/10 have a pc with pcie gen4, most people have a good Ryzen/Intel for about 5 years... We don't change systems every year, and I think it's a bit unfair for a company to tell you "get a new system just to put my budget card and perform well".
P.S. I HAVE TO SAY that in 2021 I got the R5 5600g, so I've been stuck with the 6-core and I was very happy playing 1080p@60 medium+ in many MOBAs. I decided to buy an rx 6500 xt and because the APU doesn't have pcie Gen4 and the Gen4 on the motherboard works on gen3 standards, neither a 200€ SSD achieves the desired speeds (5500mb) nor does the rx achieve the desired results. Luckily, the Intel build didn't have such issues and performed excellently on a 4-core processor that cost 85€...
If you have an old system that doesn't have a Gen 4 PCIe, it would be better to go for a 1650. However, in a new system, it will have much better performance compared to cards of the same price
The price may be tempting for 2022, but be careful! Although it has a PCIe x16 interface, the speed it operates at is x4, which significantly reduces its performance in some games for systems that are PCIe gen 3. It does not do any HW encoding, so it is not suitable for video editing.
Update 2023: Its price has dropped considerably, and for Intel 11+ generations, it is the most powerful card in the <200€ category. However, the 6600 from the same company offers better value for money.
The card is the best choice available in early 2022 for around 300 euros. It is capable of playing everything at 1080p with full graphics.
Edit: After a few days of writing the review, I see that many people don't like it, but it is the truth. I wish there were better cards for 300 euros, unfortunately, at this price range, there are the 1050 ti and cheap implementations of the 1650, both of which are much worse in performance and lack ray tracing.
If you are thinking of upgrading a PC that was not built in the last 2-3 years (meaning it has pci-e gen3), don't even discuss it. If you want to put it in a new build, it's like putting a three-year-old card - at best. However you look at it, stay away!!
