Description

The Sapphire Radeon RX 6500 XT 4GB GDDR6 Pulse is an advanced graphics card aimed at users who want to enjoy high performance in games at 1080p resolution.

The card uses AMD's latest RDNA 2 architecture and features 4GB of GDDR6 graphics memory for fast response and smooth performance in games.

Additionally, the Sapphire Radeon RX 6500 XT 4GB GDDR6 Pulse is equipped with an efficient cooling system that keeps the temperature low and ensures stable performance.

AMD RDNA 2

AMD RDNA 2 is an advanced architecture that provides excellent energy efficiency compared to previous generations.

It uses 6nm technology, which allows graphics cards to operate with high performance and produce less heat.

Additionally, RDNA 2 offers a range of innovative features, such as hardware support for Ray Tracing and GDDR6 memory, which significantly improve the performance of graphics cards in gaming applications and other demanding tasks.

AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition

Designed to provide you with a clean, modern, and user-friendly interaction where you can quickly access the latest software features, game stats, performance reports, driver updates, and more - all from one convenient location.

Take advantage of the ALT+R hotkey to open AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition directly in-game, making it even more convenient and easy to customize your favorite features and achieve a fantastic gaming experience.

AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution

AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) uses cutting-edge upscaling technologies to boost frame rates in select titles and deliver high-quality, high-resolution gaming experiences without the need to upgrade to a new graphics card.

AMD Link

AMD Link, a free application that allows you to connect to your computer from your phone, tablet, or TV, is now available for Windows-based computers.

Optimized for better performance, you can now connect with your friends like never before using Link Game, a new feature that allows a friend to connect to your computer from their own machine and play local multiplayer games on your system.

AMD Noise Suppression

AMD Noise Suppression reduces ambient sound noise, providing greater clarity and improved focus whether you are concentrating on an important meeting or staying focused on a competitive game.

AMD Radeon Super Resolution

Boost performance in thousands of games

Radeon Super Resolution (RSR) is a driver-based upscaling feature that uses the same algorithm found in AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology.

Gamers can take advantage of Radeon Super Resolution technology to unlock new levels of performance in any compatible game.

AMD Smart Access Memory

Gain up to 15% more gaming performance with AMD's Smart Access Memory

In conventional Windows-based computer systems, processors can only access a fraction of the graphics memory (VRAM) at a time, limiting system performance.

With AMD Smart Access Memory, the data channel is expanded to fully utilize the potential of the GPU memory, using the bandwidth of PCI Express to remove bottlenecks and increase performance.

AMD Privacy View

Enhanced focus for increased privacy

Privacy View instantly displays any part of your screen using cutting-edge eye-tracking technology. Simply look at an area on your screen while other parts blur.

Share only what is necessary – Privacy View offers various options to blur areas outside your field of vision, keeping your personal content and information private as intended.

AMD Radeon Boost

AMD Radeon Boost dynamically reduces the resolution of the entire frame when fast character motion is detected on the screen through user input, allowing for higher FPS with minimal impact on quality.

With initial support for select DirectX 11 games, this feature now leverages variable rate shading hardware and supported DirectX 12 titles, providing additional performance and increased responsiveness while gaming.

AMD Radeon Anti-Lag

Providing even faster response times with every click

Radeon Anti-Lag controls the pace of the CPU's work to ensure it is not too far ahead of the GPU, reducing the amount of CPU work that is queued.

As a result, Radeon Anti-Lag can reduce input lag by almost a full frame, helping to restore responsiveness to your game.

AMD Radeon Image Sharpening

Stunning visuals. No performance impact.

AMD Radeon Image Sharpening uses a contrast-adaptive sharpening algorithm that restores clarity to game graphics that may have been affected by other effects, highlighting object details.

AMD Enhanced Sync

Enable Liquid-Smooth Gameplay on Your Radeon Powered System

Enhanced Sync helps gamers minimize screen tearing while reducing latency and stutter compared to traditional V-sync.

Available for games based on DirectX 9, 11, 12, and Vulkan API, as well as all GPUs based on Polaris and newer screen combinations and/or AMD Eyefinity Technology 3. Now configurable per game and in-game from AMD software: Adrenalin Edition.

AMD FreeSync

AMD FreeSync technology puts an end to choppy gameplay and broken frames with fluid performance free of artifacts at virtually any frame rate. Witness the next major breakthrough in PC gaming experiences.

Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT

The Sapphire Pulse AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT graphics card operates with the powerful Dual-X cooling technology combined with intelligent fan control to keep temperatures low and fan noise minimal.

The refined PCB board design provides stable, reliable, and consistent performance, effectively reducing the PCB board temperature and component signal noise.

I have it along with the i3 10100f Intel and 8GB RAM at 3200MHz. I am very satisfied with the performance of the system as I have over 100 fps on medium settings in all games. As for the card, it is very quiet without crazy temperatures. I would recommend pairing it with an i5 11400 as it has PCI 4 and the card performs better on 4. Finally, 16GB RAM and you will be set (meaning it plays games perfectly like CS:GO, LoL, Diablo, Fortnite, and PUBG, as I run PUBG at over 120 fps with 8GB RAM)

The card plays everything at 1080p medium-high settings in Minecraft 1.19.2 with 500+ fps, dying light at 1080p medium with 80-100 fps, and resident evil 7 with 60-80 fps. It could have had more vram, 6 or 8, I don't know why there are still cards with 4gb, but for €200 I am fully satisfied and it seems reasonable because before I was playing with the integrated r5 3400g. Edit: After 8 months, not even heavy usage, the card seems to have stopped working for no reason, no power outage or anything, I took the whole pc to the technician and he told me the problem is the card. Also, the store from which I ordered it seems to have closed because they are not answering the phone for hours and Google says they are open, but their website is closed. I probably don't have a warranty because the store might have closed. There is a chance it can be repaired, but I don't know if that is cost-effective for me. One thing I have to say, stay away from this card or actually from this implementation

If you have an old system that doesn't have a Gen 4 PCIe, it would be better to go for a 1650. However, in a new system, it will have much better performance compared to cards of the same price

The price may be tempting for 2022, but be careful! Although it has a PCIe x16 interface, the speed it operates at is x4, which significantly reduces its performance in some games for systems that are PCIe gen 3. It does not do any HW encoding, so it is not suitable for video editing.

Update 2023: Its price has dropped considerably, and for Intel 11+ generations, it is the most powerful card in the <200€ category. However, the 6600 from the same company offers better value for money.

The card is the best choice available in early 2022 for around 300 euros. It is capable of playing everything at 1080p with full graphics.

Edit: After a few days of writing the review, I see that many people don't like it, but it is the truth. I wish there were better cards for 300 euros, unfortunately, at this price range, there are the 1050 ti and cheap implementations of the 1650, both of which are much worse in performance and lack ray tracing.

If you are thinking of upgrading a PC that was not built in the last 2-3 years (meaning it has pci-e gen3), don't even discuss it. If you want to put it in a new build, it's like putting a three-year-old card - at best. However you look at it, stay away!!
