This book is a distillation of thousands of coaching units in my 25-year coaching career. A guide to the total approach of the coaching process, from the difficult but dream-filled early years in Preveza and Karditsa, to the promotions with Panileiakos, Thrasivoulos, Levadiakos, Olympiacos Volos, and AEL to the Super League, to Aris, the cup final, and the European games with Asteras Tripolis.

The second section, titled "Problems and Solutions," analyzes and presents complete coaching units based on problems identified through games. Specific exercises are proposed for progressive targeting and improvement of the problem. The structure of the coaching unit is based on the total method, and we go straight into the exercises through sub-group and team relationships on our own system as well as the opponent's. The approach always includes theoretical reference to the problem, the way of thinking, and the methodology we should follow.

The third section provides a useful exercise log for enriching training. The exercise log covers specific sections of the football game such as passing game, transition, finishing, technical-mental exercises, and tactics.

All exercises in the second and third parts are presented with colored diagrams. For better understanding, they are accompanied by video animation, which you can view on any device by scanning the QR code next to each exercise.
