    To be able to play the game, you will need to download the file "7.6004p_patcher.zip" from https://mxoemu.info/index.php and after extracting it, copy and paste the files into the game folder. Wherever you need to replace files, it will prompt you to do so. After registering as a user on the same website and using the registration details, you can connect by running the game's launcher.exe. It's a server issue. It's not a problem.
