Description

From ancient times until today, there has not been a representative of letters or art who has not pondered the eternal question of the existence of God. All the great thinkers, scientists, and artists have left us legacies that have remained in history as aphorisms or statements about God, religion, its relationship with power or the weakness of man. From Aristotle and Epicurus to Nietzsche, Freud, as well as Arthur Clarke or Woody Allen, many great phrases have been formulated that stimulate our thinking and urge us to take a position on the issue of the existence or non-existence of God.

The book "God and the Atheist" does not aspire, of course, to answer this ontological and metaphysical question, but to delve into its components and data in a sideways manner, to immerse itself in skepticism, to boldly touch on denial, and ultimately to give voice to heretical thought, which is attributed either through efforts of logical approaches, or through bursts of thunderous statements, or through flashes of caustic humor.
