Surprisingly good quality fit and finish for the price with minor issues.
Good: Very impressive looking, photos don't do it justice. Very nice stitching. Side support of seat and seat-back hold you in place very nicely, it's a deep seating position. Relatively lightweight. Slide rails ARE included. Tilt (recline) lever and motion feels solid and has good range, more than it needs.
Not so good: The slide rails are the cheapest possible kind, only locking on one side, but are perfectly functional. Due to this the seat may twist in a crash condition, not recommended for race use. The area for your back (the upright area) has no curve, so there is no support for your lower back, most people will need an additional lumbar support cushion. If you are on the heavier side, you may find that the seat is a little slim, I am 188, 100kg and it's a perfect fit, but if I were any bigger I would find the seat small. The plastic cover of the recline mechanism on the left side of the seat is cheap and loose and wobbles about, but this is not really an issue.
Overall:
Personally, I picked this up to use for a simulator, and as such, for the price, it's a really great seat, I wont' have to worry about it's durability or safety features. It would make a great seat for a show car or a car used only casually (particularly for a classic car with the diamond stitching which is very nice). I definitely would not recommend it for a serious driver or for track use. It really is great for the price, but don't expect anything more than what you pay for, and don't forget that lumbar support cushion if you plan to sit in it for extended periods.
