Unfortunately, I bought it in December 2022 and today it suddenly stopped working. It says the battery is empty. Even though a little while ago it showed 100% charged.

Like another user, both toothbrushes broke within 10 months with twice daily use. The store doesn't help, neither does Skroutz, and we have to talk to OralB. As you can understand, 150 euros wasted. Avoid, it's a defective product

not a big difference comparing to iO 7 or 8. Just the monochrome screen . anyway the product is great and the offer of 148€ more than satisfactory. totally recommend it

Bought in the summer of 2022, broke in the spring of 2023 with regular use! The previous PHILIPS one I had lasted for 7 years... Unacceptable user experience and charging notification compared to Philips, no warning except when it was completely discharged. Also, is it possible in 2022 to need a separate charger when EVERYTHING charges via USB??? You go on a trip, you take only one charger for your laptop, tablet, phone, headphones, etc., and a separate one for the toothbrush??? Also, I believe, again compared to Philips, that the result on the teeth was worse. From my side, it's a huge NO in terms of usability, effectiveness, reliability.

Satisfactory cleaning, decent application with plenty of information for proper teeth cleaning and at a very good price. The only negative is that the package only includes one charging base. Also, they do not charge with chargers of the same type that come from non-io toothbrushes.

I am thrilled and always looking forward to the time when I will brush my teeth. The cleaning it provides is excellent and has nothing to do with the old oral b I had (purchased before a decade). I dare to compare the feeling to that of leaving the dentist. With the pressure sensor, I realize how much pressure I used to apply with the old brush heads on my teeth. It is a very good toothbrush!!! I have had it for a month and it does its job perfectly. There is no difference from the 7, 8, and 9, it is exactly the same, only the others have a tongue cleaning program, but that is not so important. I switched from a regular Oral B to Oral B io and there is a big difference in tooth cleaning.
