With its four offset heat pipes, the tower CPU cooler allows for rapid heat transfer to the heatsink, where it can be effectively dissipated through a 120 mm fan.
Fan
The fan installed in the Freezer i35 A-RGB benefits from all the advantages of P-fans. With its low-vibration, energy-saving motor and hydrodynamic plain bearing, it combines silent and efficient operation. Despite its high fin density, the fan guarantees high static pressure with its focused airflow and is therefore ideal for use on radiators and heatsinks. The fan speed can be dynamically controlled via PWM and thus can be optimally adjusted to any scenario.
Improved Installation
The Freezer i35 A-RGB is a variant for Socket LGA 1700, 1200, and 115x. This reduces unnecessary mounting materials and further simplifies installation. It uses an improved and simplified mounting system with spring-loaded screws for the Freezer i35 A-RGB. This achieves optimal contact pressure and even distribution of the thermal compound. Due to its compact design, it allows unrestricted compatibility with RAM during installation.
ARGB
It features 12 digital A-RGB LED lights at the center of the fan. These can be controlled independently of each other and activate the iconic rainbow effect as well as countless other lighting options. The fan can be connected directly via a 3-pin 5V RGB header on the mainboard and is compatible with the software and sockets of leading mainboard manufacturers. Alternatively, the cooler can also be illuminated via an external controller and synchronized with the lighting of other software.

It cools the processor very well while being quiet and has satisfactory RGB (unfortunately there is no software for adjustment but I did it from my motherboard's application). A tube of thermal paste is provided which is enough for 1 or even 2 processors.

The packaging of the Arctic Freezer i35 ARGB cooler is made of very sturdy cardboard and contains everything you will need (except for a screwdriver) for installation on Intel 1700, 1200, 115x processors.
It has a 6-year limited warranty and Arctic's after-sales department is very responsible and helpful (I asked for their help and the response was immediate). Overall, the quality of the materials is very good for its price. The cooler's quiet fan is an ARGB 120mm from the Arctic P-Series.
Using Cinebench R23 on a test build with an Intel i5-11400, MSI MAG B560 Tomahawk WIFI Mobo, BlitzWolf BW-GP1 550W 80Plus Gold PSU, Be Quiet Pure Base 600 Mid-Tower (with a room temperature of 23°C), I measured a temperature of 64°C under maximum heavy load and a minimum of 32°C in idle mode. During the tests, I did not notice any noise from the fan or any malfunctions.
I am using the cooler in my new PC that I built from scratch and my impressions are positive. It was recognized by the BIOS as well as the MSI Mystic Light Sync application that controls the ARGB lighting, and all its functions work perfectly.
As for the size, it is very convenient as it leaves maximum space for the RAM slots to install as high memory as you want. Additionally, the slot for the m.2 NVME SSD located underneath it is slightly covered and can be opened without removing the cooler.

The Arctic Freezer i35 A-RGB is an amazing air cooler for my i5 12400F on a 1700 socket, installed on a Gigabyte Z690M Aorus Elite AX DDR4 motherboard. It keeps the CPU temperatures at around 35C when idle, around 43C during gaming, and reaches 55-60C under heavy load for 20 minutes.
- Completely silent, operates with a standard fan profile from the BIOS.
- The RGB lights are fully functional with RGB Fusion, allowing for various functions and synchronization with other RGB components (such as memory modules, case, etc.).
- Very easy installation (coming from Coolermaster).
- It did not cause any issues with my Crucial Ballistix memory modules and left enough space for them and my GTX 1060 graphics card.
- It completely hides my NVME SSD (on my specific motherboard), which means that if I want to remove it for any reason, I would also have to remove the i35 cooler.
