  Because it is the third one I am changing, with an average lifespan of 5-6 years. I cook even pastitsio since it is already cooked and you only need to bake the béchamel. It bakes it evenly. I cannot live without it, it is perfect for two people and if you remove the grill, it can fit a whole chicken. For potatoes, you need to boil them almost completely before putting them in the robot. Do not try pasta at all. It is for meats, fish, and pre-cooked vegetables though. Incredible economy and taste! Cleaning is done in the dishwasher, the basket.
