The work analyzes the concept of dignified living, as explicitly provided in the Constitution, after the last constitutional revision, but also as it has been implemented so far, especially by case law. The aim of the book, among others, is to conduct an interdisciplinary dialogue with the socio-economic sciences that apply quantitative measurement methods, and especially with poverty statistics, in order to define and complement the two scientific fields in order to achieve effective protection of dignified living. The work is addressed to every legal professional, lawyer, practitioner of law, but also to non-legal, political, and social scientists.
