I have been using it for many years and I don't change it. I bought it for the first time because my previous sunscreen irritated my eyes. Contrary to the comments I see, it never caused me any problems in my eyes, not even in the summer at the beach.
I have combination skin and I have never had any issues with oiliness.
Regarding the drawbacks:
- the pump easily breaks
- indeed, after some time, its texture changes and it becomes more difficult to apply. This does not happen with the tinted version.
Despite the drawbacks, I continue to use it because it is the best facial sunscreen I have tried
Man with oily skin. In the positives: it is transparent, does not leave white residue on the beard, does not have a fragrance (it has a scent of the ingredients which disappears), did not irritate my eyes (although I made sure not to apply it too close), did not cause any irritation.
In the negatives: it does not absorb into the skin, nor does it evaporate. It stays on the skin and you can feel it when you touch it, although at first it is not visible and does not bother. However, after an hour, when the natural oiliness of the skin mixed with the sunscreen, the face started to shine intensely. After two hours, the face looked (and felt) as if I had applied vaseline. So washing the face (and removing the sunscreen) is a must. Obviously, the ingredients it contains do not control or absorb the oiliness.
As for the effectiveness of its filters, I cannot speak about it because I only used it for 3 days (that's how long I could endure).
I made the mistake and bought 2 packages... I had used it years ago and I was thrilled.
I have the impression that it is a completely different product from what I remember.... Did its composition change?... I don't know..
It leaves a bad greasiness hours later and you have to rub to get rid of it.
I don't even like its smell.
I don't know what I will do with the extra product.
I don't like it at all in the end.
I have combination skin that gets slightly oily in the T-zone, while the rest of my face is either dry or normal at best. The sunscreen initially sits completely invisible on the skin and leaves a velvety feeling to the touch. It doesn't absorb, meaning you feel like you're wearing it but it's not too heavy. You don't get shiny at first. However, after 1-2 hours, it starts to produce quite a bit of oiliness, making you look quite shiny (even in the dry areas of my face), and from there on, it only gets worse. After wearing it for 7 hours, your skin feels like it's wet with water, and if you touch your skin with your finger, moisture transfers to your finger. I didn't engage in intense activities while wearing it, nor did I sweat. The sunscreen didn't irritate my skin at all, and I didn't break out, even though I have super sensitive skin that rarely tolerates anything. This is a very positive aspect.
Heavy feeling on combination to oily skin, easy to apply but feels like wearing a mask afterwards, in the sense that I didn't feel it was absorbed by my skin. I would not prefer it.
Facing a big problem with sudden sunburns, the sunscreen protection that I have been using for years saved me!!! Excellent!!!
Indeed it leaves a velvety feeling and matte result. However, its texture is like vaseline and I don't like the feeling it leaves on my hands, and I feel like my face is clogged and unable to breathe. It is a good makeup base, but it is not meant to be worn from morning until night because at the end of the day it leaves a shine, which is okay to some extent considering the number of hours.
I bought this specific sunscreen for a matte result, and to not leave any color or stain on clothes. It did not satisfy me at all. Initially, I find it heavy, it feels like I'm putting a film on my face. It reminds me of a primer. It's relatively sticky. Because it is thick, it doesn't spread easily, resulting in me pulling my skin to cover and area. It's a bit like you put it here, and it stays here. I don't notice any particular smell. Last, for eye usage its simply a No-no. It makes me cry. I should note that a good sunscreen for me should protect from the sun, but at the same time be thin and fluid, like the Korean sunscreens I have recently discovered and loved. I hope this helps.
Unbelievable sensation. You don't feel it at all on your face. Light texture and spreads very easily. It goes without saying that this is the only facial sunscreen I prefer.
Indeed, you hardly feel it on your skin, unlike typical sunscreens, but the quantity in the bottle is very small for this price... I have bought it twice, but now I'm thinking of getting a sunscreen stick, which is also very expensive, but at least you don't need to spread it with your hands and feel terrible. Since I'm paying what I'm paying...
I have dry skin and it has matched perfectly, and the color match is very good. If something fits perfectly on your skin, you have no reason to change.

It is very good in terms of application, it does have a velvet feeling at the end, the color suits me very well as a shade. Usually, I wear makeup because of freckles and discolorations, but in the summer I may not wear it when I use the sunscreen and I want to not "weigh down" my face because it also has a little coverage and it is exactly what I need.
Nice applicator, it does not get messy and dispenses the right amount.
For my skin (49 years old, combination), it has a fantastic texture. I couldn't believe that it leaves such a light feeling + that it doesn't make my skin sweat as soon as I go out in the sun like other sunscreens. I wear it alone or with the shiseido sunscreen makeup. When I apply this specific makeup, I notice oiliness after a few hours. I can't say how much it protects as I wore it for a short period of time and on skin already damaged by the sun.
It has a texture like silk, similar to the texture that primers have. It has no scent, which is positive for me. On top of it, I can wear makeup without it hindering a uniform application. I have been using it for years and I am very satisfied.
By far the best facial sunscreen, I am fair-skinned and due to work, I am exposed to the sun for several hours. I wear it in the morning and until noon, I have the feeling that it protects me excellently!
Good protection, but it needs more frequent reapplication during the day compared to other sunscreens. It spreads very easily using a small amount for the entire face. It has a pleasant and gentle feeling on the skin - as promised. The smell is unpleasant, but I have gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me as much anymore. The classic inconvenient packaging of Frezyderm - without a protective cap - adds a lot of bulk, especially when you want to carry it in your bag.
For protection, it is very good, but if it is not absorbed, it does not feel good on the skin and shines incredibly, you don't put it on again, since it cannot be user-friendly! Considering that it needs to be reapplied every 2 hours because it is sunscreen, it is unbearable! It is the greasiest sunscreen I have tried! It clogs all the pores!
Nevertheless, for those who say that it stings the eyes, if you apply moisturizer first and then the sunscreen, it will not sting! For equally excessive good and waterproof protection, there is the heliocare 360 mineral fluid, fragrance-free with all the UVA/B, IR, HEV, PA++++ filters. For chemical sunscreen, the heliocare age active fluid is also very good with the same protection filters. Also, the eyes do not sting at all even if they are applied alone on the skin! That's it :).
The best facial sunscreen by far! It leaves the skin smooth and matte, doesn't weigh it down, and doesn't leave any greasiness. While in previous summers I ended up with pimples or sunspots on my face, this year I don't have any issues at all! The pump is indeed a bit tricky, but with a little caution during use, there is no problem! I wish I had discovered it earlier!
Just one pump is enough for the entire face and a second one for the neck and décolleté. I note that the pump had a problem as soon as I opened the product. I contacted the company and they immediately sent me a replacement product and provided additional instructions on how to make the product work or alternatively how to open it in order to get the product. Incredible after sales care!!!
It does indeed leave a velvety feeling on the face with a matte result, but it CLOGS the pores contrary to what it claims. It caused oiliness and pimples for me (I have combination skin, no acne issues). Also, it is very difficult to remove!! What's up with that? I will never buy it again. Absolutely terrible. Overall, the company has disappointed me. Better go for Korres or even better, Galenic for sunscreens at least
Velvety feeling. Neither shine nor anything. You think you haven't put anything on. My skin is oily, but it hasn't caused me any problems because like any face cream, it requires attention not to put too much.
The sunscreen is excellent. Odorless, with a velvety texture, it spreads and absorbs quickly.
CAUTION in application, it should be done away from the eye area and you should wash your hands well afterwards. Otherwise, you will have an unpleasant experience with stinging in the eyes and a lot of tears.

It's strange that this sunscreen had a matte effect on my face years ago when I had oily skin. This year, now that I have combination and sensitive skin, it spreads easily on the face but stays on the surface, it doesn't absorb at all, resulting in a heavy and greasy feeling.
For me, one of the best sunscreens for combination skin. If you have very oily skin, it may leave a shine after 2-3 hours, but nothing compared to other facial sunscreens that make your face reflect the sun. Also, very important, it doesn't leave any white residue, especially for men with dark beards/mustaches.
I have bought it again and again, I fully recommend it!
The common problem is the packaging that doesn't work. You have to unscrew it and this ruins its texture until it's finished. It would be good for the company to change the packaging.

The texture that everyone says is perfect feels like a lighter vaseline, it spreads but feels strange on the skin and seems to require a large amount to cover the entire face and neck. It also has a scent like cologne...
What others write about it stinging the eyes if it gets close, I noticed that too. The packaging (like all Frezyderm products) is not convenient and easy to transport.
Overall, I wouldn't buy it again. There are much better options at a better price.
I have been using it for many years, during the summer, when I had oily skin, and it kept me protected even at the beach. Now that I have normal to combination skin, it starts to produce oiliness after a few hours.
I give three stars not for the product itself because I consider it excellent, but for the awful packaging which has happened to me three times already to not work and I have to unscrew the lid to take out the product.
As a sunscreen, I assume that it works even though I can't really know for sure. It has a very nice feeling, like powder, it doesn't leave any greasiness, and it's okay to use under makeup
I have bought it 4 times as it is quite user-friendly, it leaves no residue on the face. You don't feel like you're wearing anything. It has a chemical smell but it disappears after a while. However, even though I have oily skin, personally I would prefer it to provide a little hydration because it creates some "dry" areas under makeup and does not spread so easily, because it has a completely silicone texture.
