For the first few months, it was good....but then it lost its shape....the head sinks in.
Unfortunately, it didn't help with my alignment.
As you can see, my old pillow was in a terrible condition. The new one is very nice, fluffy, and of good quality. However, I wouldn't describe it as soft as the description says, especially not suitable for a deep sleep. It is also very tall! I consider it to be of medium hardness and better for side sleeping, although it sinks the head and still remains very tall. Maybe it's because I have been sleeping on completely worn-out pillows for years, but this one seems very inflated and unsuitable for a deep sleep. I don't know if it will last, etc. I received it today.
An excellent pillow like most of this company's products. It doesn't lose its volume, doesn't flatten, remains fluffy, soft, and very comfortable. I feel very satisfied with the purchase.
