The book is relatively good for someone who is just starting their career in sales but does not offer anything particularly useful to someone with experience in it. My rating of 3/5 is influenced by the fact that I expected more secrets about real estate transactions since he is a famous broker, but instead, I read general advice for sellers regardless of the industry. It is easy to read for the summer and a good choice for someone who is at the beginning or someone who wants to reassess the way they approach sales
