Very good construction, easy height adjustment, durable. Something that personally displeased me is that the handles smelled very strongly of bad plastic. Something like oil if I can describe it correctly. I washed them with soap and left them on the balcony for three days to air out, but without much result. I don't want to unfairly judge the product by giving it fewer stars because maybe it was just the one I received or maybe my nose is more sensitive to this smell.

The trekking poles are perfect, I recommend them to everyone who goes hiking in mountains and difficult roads. They exercise and help the hands comfortably during uphill and downhill. I am very excited, I don't stumble and they keep me stable! And above all, you don't feel tired when using them!
