It was recommended to me by my dermatologist and I have been using it for many years. I wouldn't change it for anything, it doesn't shine, it doesn't irritate my skin, and I really like its shade and texture.

Generally, I am difficult with sunscreens because I have acne and usually when it is too oily it can cause breakouts. This one works perfectly fine, it has never caused me any breakouts, it is not matte, but I wouldn't call it oily either... it gives you a natural glow. I have fair skin and the color is quite dark, but when you apply it, I don't think the difference is very noticeable, especially if you have a bit of a tan.

The color is way too dark for normal skin tones, it is not matte and it shines too much! I don't know about the same one without color but I wouldn't recommend this one!
