I got it 2 years ago. It was the 2nd Xiaomi I bought, and both of them restarted on their own. The first one never turned on again. This one has a relatively good camera. However, the battery was quite depleted in the 2 years and besides the restarts, I had several issues such as the power button closing the phone when I just touched it, and also an issue with the charging method.

The battery doesn't last more than a day, it's a bit slow overall. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who uses the internet a lot and wants speed. The MediaTek Helio processor is not the best. I had issues with call quality, I couldn't hear clearly even in a quiet room. As for the camera, personally, it doesn't satisfy me because I came from a Huawei phone, specifically the Nova 5T, which had incredible, clear photos and great night shots with the powerful Kirin 980 processor. What can I say about Xiaomi? It was a quick choice without much thought because I wanted something affordable and couldn't spend more, but I won't buy Xiaomi again. Generally, they are overpriced as devices and now they are expensive for a Chinese brand

An excellent mobile phone for its price. I bought it for €170 in Cyprus while I was in the military in 2020. I noticed both positive and negative aspects.
On the positive side, its reliability stands out. After 2 years, the battery still lasts a full day. The screen is like a flagship, and the cameras are good. The front camera is terrible at night, but the macro camera does its job. The other two cameras are exceptional and even use the Camera2 API, which allows you to take photos in Raw format and gives you extra freedom in editing your shots, as well as exploring techniques like stacking for astrophotography with a mobile phone. The sound is loud for music and without any significant distortion. The microphone does a decent job in videos and recordings.
On the negative side, it comes down to the mindset of the software designers. From the beginning, you feel that if something is free/cheap in the software world, you are the product. How so? Through advertisements, of course, and targeting. If you buy a Xiaomi device, the first thing you have to do is clean the phone from Xiaomi and Google bloatware. You will be forced to disable them simply because it's your only choice if you don't want to void the warranty. However, until today, when I disable the DNS of Adguard that I use to avoid the hell that mobile internet has become due to advertisements, the phone still knows very well who I am, and I still find well-hidden settings to which I never gave my consent, which are still related to advertisements. So far, I am using MIUI 12.5, but at some point, I will try a custom ROM to completely get rid of tracking since after MIUI 12, they have taken it to another level and even show advertisements within the stock file browser application.

I have had the phone for 2 years. The truth is that after 2 years, it requires a little patience and letting it start occasionally. Like a car in winter, it needs warming up. Except for the rare occasion, however, the mobile phone is the most value for money you will find. For 160€, you get a mobile phone that serves you moderately well for all common uses such as social media and gaming in medium settings. As for the camera, it doesn't perform well in low light conditions, but with good lighting, the quality is average/satisfactory (you buy a phone, not a camera). If you change the settings, it can shoot 60fps 720p videos or 30fps 1080p videos. No issues with sound so far, which is unexpected considering the price, but I give it credit for that. No problems with the sound or microphone in these two years.
Conclusion: For its price (160€), it is worth it so far (2022-23). Compared to the iPhone 7 and 8, it easily surpasses them in terms of price-quality ratio.Translated from Greek ·- Call quality

No matter what I try to do, it freezes a lot and has bugs everywhere.
I tried to solve this problem either by deleting some apps and photos that I didn't want or by formatting the phone from scratch.
None of these helped.
In terms of battery, it easily lasts for demanding use, but personally, in the past few days, the battery has only 2 hours of operation at best.
The camera was incredible at first, and I could take photos of anything in front of me, but now the camera freezes a lot and takes very poor quality photos with low resolution.
In terms of money, it is only worth it if someone wants this particular phone to use for a year for social media. It is not worth it for more, it will make you lose faith.
Now let's talk about graphics and colors. The colors are not as bright as they should be, but they are decent enough.
As for the graphics, I don't have much to say. They are good. For any game, but nothing more.

It was time to get rid of it as it has fallen from places you can't imagine, from stairs, from a 3rd floor balcony, and from my hands countless times. Nevertheless, the screen had no scratches, only the glass broke (which I replaced at an external store). The frame was very sturdy, no scratches either, and all these years with the case inside the phone box. However, the camera broke after so many falls, but only the decorative part broke (because only the two cameras seemed to actually work, the other two were decorative). The speakers are flawless and the screen resolution is very good. It doesn't lag at all in games. The only thing that bothered me about the phone is the storage space, but that can be solved with a memory card. My phone broke from multiple falls (and it became very slow) and now it doesn't turn on, and when it does, it keeps restarting every 10 seconds. The photos are average and the video quality is mediocre. If I didn't want a phone with a better camera, I would buy the same one again.

Maybe I got a defective one, which is not impossible at all. Also, the touch screen response doesn't seem fast to me, even though the Huawei was faster in that aspect. I also saw for the first time a phone shutting down due to low battery without any warning beforehand, and it wouldn't turn on immediately when you plug it in the charger, but you have to wait a few minutes for it to charge a bit. I saw quite a few good comments and I bought it, but I'm not thrilled because of these issues. Of course, in all phones, even the more expensive ones, there are negative comments, so it's also a matter of luck which batch you'll get.

I will tell you the negatives it has caused me, its battery drains quite quickly, so I constantly enable battery saving mode. It takes good photos during the day, but it's terrible for nighttime, you can't see anything if you want to capture the sky, for example. What bothers me the most, of course, is that the storage space gets easily filled up. Nevertheless, it does its job (although it sometimes freezes on Google websites mainly) and it's also at a good price, I got it for €140 with 64GB and 4GB. With the new 2021 model, I believe they have fixed some of its flaws.
