The replacement metal filter from the company Elica has the main role of collecting and removing grease and dirt, which accumulate in the filters and the mechanism of the extractor, hindering proper functioning and reducing its performance. Special attention is required in their cleaning, as proper maintenance offers longevity and higher performance. Metal filters are cleaned every 3 to 6 months and have a long lifespan.
Care: To clean the metal meshes, simply soak them in a solution of water with dish detergent. The filters are washed at low temperature by hand or in the dishwasher. Then, allow them to dry well before reinstalling.
