This manual is a proposal of answers to the questions of the theoretical part of the Certification Examinations of Initial Vocational Training graduates of Institutes of Vocational Training (I.E.K.)... of the specialty "Computer Technician" conducted in accordance with the provisions of the no. 2944/2014 Joint Ministerial Decision of Finance and Education and Religion (Government Gazette B' 1098/2014), as amended and in force, which was issued based on the provision of par. 5, article 25, of Law 4186/2013 (Government Gazette A' 193/2013), as amended by the provision of par. 1, article 11, of Law 4229/2014 (Government Gazette A' 8/2014) and in force.

It was chosen to provide brief and summary answers to some questions, which facilitate memorization. In other questions, the answers have a more detailed development and explanation aiming at the assimilation of knowledge through the understanding of methodologies, phenomena, and cases. 

Depending on the type of question, the answer may be unambiguous or only one version among the different ones that could be justified, always seeking to be sufficient. In any case, the writing of this manual was done hoping to be a helpful tool in the trainees' effort to succeed in certification.
