It is resistant to solar radiation as well as the formation of mold, algae, and fungi. It provides high hydrophobicity and excellent water vapor permeability (class 1 according to EN ISO 7783-2). 

Reduces the likelihood of corrosion of the masonry and the load-bearing structure of the building from the effects of carbon dioxide (CO2) and other problems from the external environment. 

Participates as a final coat filler in the THERMOSEAL external thermal insulation system for buildings by DUROSTICK, which is certified according to ETAG 004 (class 1) by the European Organization for Technical Approvals (EOTA) with numbers ETA-13/0006 and ETA-13/0007.
