Positive: It is a powerful fan, the construction is sturdy, it provides good airflow. The touch buttons are nice and the remote control is very convenient.
Negative: The assembly manual is a mess, the instructions are for a different model, unacceptable. We eventually figured out how to assemble it, but for a while we were stuck, thinking that some parts were missing, etc. The function to rotate the fan is only available on the remote control, so if it breaks, we're out of luck. Unless there is some magical way to adjust it from the body, something we will never learn because, as we said, the instructions are for a different model. The base arrived broken, okay they replaced it, but the second one came with scratches, but I didn't have the energy to deal with it anymore. Finally, the lowest intensity is quite strong, so it's not very suitable for sleep, it makes a relative noise.
Overall, a good fan, but with some issues that would prevent me from buying it again.
I remove 2 stars for two reasons. The first one is that even at the lowest setting, it is still very powerful. It should have had a lower setting, resulting in it making a lot of noise. The second reason is that to make it rotate, you can only do it from the remote control and not from the fan itself. So if you lose the remote, you are stuck with the setting it was on when it closed
Very good choice, it's exactly what you need for the money. As for the noise... like all fans, it's not perfectly silent but it doesn't sound like a tractor either.
Worst fan base I have ever seen, truly (it came to me with a broken stand and it doesn't stay upright at all, like a poor support structure, I don't recommend it solely because of the base)
It is very powerful and satisfactory for the job I need it for. As for its delivery, it already had scratches. As for the assembly instructions... they are for all models, so they are not completely understandable. I struggled with how to assemble and stabilize its base because it had a hook that I had never encountered before and it didn't say anywhere to unscrew it, so I almost broke the fan's base. For its price, it should have been more informative... because even the ten euro fans have more detailed instructions
It has three operating modes. Normal, Beach (simulates wind intensity variation), and Sleep (presumably adjusts intensity to prevent "overcooling"). The Swing function on the remote control "eliminates" the classic button that stopped the slow rotation left-right, and now you can stop the fan at the desired angle by pressing the button on the remote control. It has a timer for automatic shutdown every 30 minutes, with a maximum of 7 hours and 30 minutes. It has 6 intensity levels (actually only three. Levels 1 and 2 are exactly the same speed, as are levels 3 and 4, and levels 5 and 6). Everything can be adjusted with the remote control and, of course, with the control panel except for the Swing function, which can only be adjusted with the remote control. The downside is that it produces a lot of noise even at its lowest speed, so I don't know if it's suitable for nighttime use during sleep. At the lower levels, you can slightly hear the motor starting up internally when it begins to "accelerate," as well as during intensity adjustments.
On the lowest speed setting, unfortunately, it makes quite a bit of noise :(
It also has a "sleep" function in which it constantly changes the speed from very slow to slow. This is very annoying. I would expect the sleep function to have a very low steady speed and be silent. But it doesn't do that. If you want it for sleep, look for something better.
Noisy enough and very powerful even at the lowest setting. It could use better gradation. Nevertheless, it is a quality and good machine. I would buy it again
