It is exactly what I wanted, an elegant container where I can deposit organic materials until they are placed in a larger bin on the balcony. I have not noticed any odors, it comes with 2 charcoal filters in total

For reference, 3 liters - the capacity of the bin - correspond to a little over 16 orange peels, 7-8 banana peels, 6 eggshells, and the central part of 15 pears and 15 apples, cardboard from 2 dozen egg cartons, and a few dry leaves, all cut into small pieces. Therefore, given that composting the above takes from 1-2 to 4 months (depending on the conditions, if you have added enough dry materials besides the "greens"), it may not be such a good choice for a household in the city that consumes a lot of fruits and vegetables, etc.
However, as a product, it delivers what the description promises, hence the positive evaluation.
