The countdown timer can be set for up to 99 minutes. If the optimal cooking time for a specific dish is known from your experience, the timer can be set and the cooktop will automatically turn off when completed. An audible signal will notify you that the food is ready.

Coming from gas stoves, I thought it wouldn't have the same power, it wouldn't cook as fast, etc. No way, it boils 3 liters of water in 4 minutes, good construction seems to withstand scratches, easy to clean in general but you always need a cif. Absolutely satisfied!!
