RICOH IMAGING presents the PENTAX K-3 Mark III, the new flagship model of the PENTAX digital camera series with APS-C format, which incorporates the passion for traditional photography and sets new standards with a range of advanced features.

From the beginning, the design of the PENTAX K-3 Mark III followed the ambition to continue the tradition of SLR technology in a camera that meets the highest technical standards while maintaining the philosophy of PENTAX. With over 100 years of history, PENTAX is a pioneer of many developments and inventions without which modern cameras would be unthinkable today.

Underneath the classic SLR design, the PENTAX K-3 Mark III hides a fully upgraded interior. A large and bright pentaprism viewfinder that provides 100% field of view and approximately 1.05x magnification allows the photographer to immerse themselves in the shot. The new 25-megapixel BSI sensor combined with the imaging engine and acceleration unit provides stunning image quality with extremely high light sensitivity ISO 1,600,000. With further technical features such as the new SAFOX 13 autofocus system, built-in image stabilization (IBIS), and a high frame rate of 12 frames per second, the new PENTAX K-3 Mark III shows that traditional photography and innovative technology can coexist.

In addition, the ergonomic design of the body and controls has been optimized for various hand sizes and finger lengths. The extremely durable aluminum frame and multiple sealing points ensure stability, waterproofing, and resistance to low temperatures that PENTAX has traditionally offered photographers for quite some time.
