The belt is small in storage space, suitable for short distances of mountain running. The only serious problem is that after a while of use, at the point where it is tied, if it is subjected to pressure, it will open and come off, as it has happened to me several times. Perhaps it should have a different design at that point or better materials... it is the only issue and quite serious, especially since many people purchase the belt for running! I would not choose it if I knew!
