It makes very good coffee. Very easy to use and heats up quickly. The noise is moderate and I would say normal for an espresso machine (compared to the previous Krups machine I had, it is much lower). The construction seems to be of good quality, but only time will tell. A disadvantage could be considered that it does not take capsules from other manufacturers.

I bought the machine in December. It was a replacement for the Vertuo Next, which, if you look back at the reviews, you will see has had many issues. In summary, I got the Vertuo Next on 7/21, it broke after about 2 months, they sent me a replacement due to lack of spare parts, and then the next one broke as well. In December, they suggested and sent me the Vertuo Plus, acknowledging that the Next series has problems. In conclusion, the Plus broke today. I have spoken with Nespresso, where I am waiting for a replacement with an old machine from the classic series and some complimentary capsules, as I had just ordered my monthly supply yesterday, which of course is going to waste. The main reason I am giving it a 2 out of 5 instead of 1 out of 5 is because of the very good customer service from Nespresso objectively, and the fact that the coffee, while it lasted, was very good for me. Its production was a step up in terms of foam compared to the Next, and the opening/closing mechanism was a bit more durable. Now, if you have luck, patience, and a willingness to take a risk, it might be worth it. But I consider the 3 out of 3 incidents to no longer be a coincidence. I hope I helped.
