It is a pleasant and comprehensive fitness book, which is suitable for both athletes and aspiring trainers or physical education students. With his extensive experience (among many athletes, the author was a trainer for Zampidis) and his apparent passion for professional results, the author encourages the reader to engage in and/or teach proper fitness from the start.
In my opinion, the well-organized information in the book (including methodology and training program cards) saves time and money for the reader, which otherwise would have been spent to realize and implement them on their own (without certainty).
In short, the book serves as an accelerator of fitness knowledge and clarifies things. Although not particularly economical, the book is worth it, even just for this reason. You get what you pay for.
Just read it, it was given to me as a gift and I highly recommend it!

Real clarification.
The first seven chapters feel like an introduction.. The half of the book is pointless, just to fill the pages. It is relatively enjoyable to read, but it is not worth its money
