Good and digestible. Small in size, almost half the size of regular pocket books (21x14) and about 80 pages long. For regular readers, it's a one to two-hour read. You won't gain any benefit like you would from larger 300-page books, which include good analysis or studies, but it's a good suggestion for a gift to people who are not big readers, maybe it will get them started.
