Mediocre construction. If you try to tighten it so it doesn't move, the most likely thing is that the point holding the cap will break, resulting in it being literally in the air.

Unfortunately, the one and only screw with the nut would not screw in at all, the screw was damaged. I had to come up with a workaround for it to be able to stand. I could have called the store, etc., but it's too much hassle for a simple light fixture.
