Description

The feeling of injustice hurts the mental world. It destroys the desire for life, for joy, for meeting others. It erects a castle to protect, but ultimately imprisons existence. The anxiety of justification and the bitterness from "injustice" lead capable individuals to be trapped in the event that hurt them and to be deprived of happiness and freedom. The constant preoccupation with the injustice they experienced causes them to withdraw into themselves, lose interest in life, and ultimately fall into depression.

The injustice that hurts traces back to painful experiences in childhood. It seeks the conditions and circumstances that produce it in the family environment. It records the expectations for its elimination, but also the painful disappointments in interpersonal relationships. It processes its appearance in the work environment. However, it highlights the ability for the fate of a person not to be injured by their own wounds, for such a thing would be defined as a fatal tradition in depression.

Through this book, the renowned psychotherapist introduces us to the deeper causes of depression as a result of the feeling of injustice. Traumas from the past, disappointments in expectations, disappointments from individuals create the framework that suffocates existence and deprives the right to authentic joy.

It leads us to the knowledge and understanding of the causes of the feeling of injustice. It is an optimistic view of liberation, where forgiveness is not a moral imperative but an ability that leads to the conquest of freedom through the admirable overcoming of the burdens of the past.

Quite interesting, somewhat introductory, suitable for someone who is just starting to read popular psychology and self-help books.

It is very easy to read, understandable, and genuine. It is my first book from this author. I will definitely prefer the rest.
